What does "Publically Private" mean?Publically Private: noun: Something that is intentionally made visible or known to the public, while at the same time maintaining a certain level of privacy or exclusivity; adjective: a state of being where individuals or entities publicy acknowledge certain aspects of their private lives whilst still maintaining boundaries and not divulging details.

What products do you offer?Publically Private offers a range of luxury lifestyle and apparel products, including but not limited to clothing, accessories and household goods. Our products are offered in limited quantities and some are one of a kind or customised pieces that resulted from passion products by the brand's creators. Publically Private also offers a number of products that form part of collaborative capsule collections with other local and international brands.

Our collaborations have included limited edition clothing, accessories, installations, and more. Design and Consultancy We offer design and consultancy services for individuals and businesses who want to create custom products. Our team of experienced designers and consultants can work with you to bring your vision to life.

When will my online order be delivered?Publically Private is committed to providing customers with the best possible service, including prompt order processing and timely delivery of products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how we process orders and ship products. Order Processing: Orders that only contain in-stock items will be processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 days of payment verification. For orders that include pre-ordered items, processing times will vary and will be dependent on the individual estimate times provided on each product page. If you have an order that consists of both in-stock items and pre-orders you can email us to arrange to split the delivery at info@publicallyprivate.com Shipping: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, shipping takes place within 2-3 days for delivery across South Africa. Please note that this shipping timeframe does not include the processing time. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We offer a flat rate of R150 for shipping within South Africa. Orders over R2000 qualify for free shipping within South Africa. We do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery during the checkout process.

Can I cancel my online order?If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
