Our products are offered in limited quantities and some are one of a kind or customised pieces that resulted from passion products by the brand's creators. Publically Private also offers a number of products that form part of collaborative capsule collections with other local and international brands.

When will my online order be delivered?

Publically Private is committed to providing customers with the best possible service, including prompt order processing and timely delivery of products.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how we process orders and ship products.

Order Processing:

Orders that only contain in-stock items will be processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 days of payment verification. For orders that include pre-ordered items, processing times will vary and will be dependent on the individual estimate times provided on each product page.

If you have an order that consists of both in-stock items and pre-orders you can email us to arrange to split the delivery at info@publicallyprivate.com

Shipping:

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, shipping takes place within 2-3 days for delivery across South Africa. Please note that this shipping timeframe does not include the processing time.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We offer a flat rate of R150 for shipping within South Africa. Orders over R2000 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.

We do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery during the checkout process.
